Dear Valued ServInt Customer,

On March 30th, 2007, ServInt will perform maintenance on the server hosting your VPS account. The purpose of this maintenance is to perform a firmware upgrade to a hardware component on the server. This upgrade fixes a known bug that can result in a server lockup. This process will require some downtime as the host machine is rebooted. The estimated downtime is less than 10 minutes. Your VPS account will be cleanly shutdown and gracefully restarted automatically when the server reboots. If you have any questions about this maintenance, please contact our Network Operations Center and reference the ticket information given below.
